Irish whiskey has grown from a handful of working distilleries to more than fifty in little over a decade, and it has no annual record. BONDED is the first reference written to mark each year in Irish whiskey as it happens.
It serves two readers - The visitor who has just finished a distillery tour and wants to understand Irish whiskey more, and the enthusiast who already knows their pot still from their malt and grain. Each section goes deeper than the last, so both find their way in.
A5 hardback, 256 pages. Section-sewn and cloth-bound in bog oak with copper foil. Midnight blue endpapers, a silk ribbon marker, printed on FSC certified stock. Sized to carry to a distillery or a tasting, which is the whole promise of a handbook.
The first edition is limited to 2,000 hand-numbered copies.
